2006 with an additional charge to his parent post
as Professor of Law at Punjabi University Patiala.
He joined as regular Registrar in June 2007. He
did Bachelor of Science in medical stream in 1973.
He did LL.B Three Year Professional Course from
Punjabi University, Patiala in 1976.
