Dr. Rachna Sharma is an Assistant Professor of History at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Patiala. She has a teaching experience of 15 years. She has been teaching Legal History, Research Methodology and Human Rights to both graduate as well as post-graduate students. Her area of interest includes Modern Indian History, Gender Studies, Human Rights and Environment. She has number of national and international research publications to her credit. She has also completed Research Project worth Rs 1.25 lac awarded by University Grants Commission. She is also associated with developing E-Content for both Post Graduate as well as Under-Graduate Courses. She has also been associated with coordinating the research Projects for the First Four Years of B.A., LL.B. At present, she is also working as the Coordinator of the SC/ST Welfare Cell, RGNUL, Punjab, Patiala.
