  • The complaint shall be forwarded to the Nodal Officer within 15 days of the receipt of the complaint.
  • The student(s)/parent(s) shall be communicated the receipt of the complaint by the Nodal Officer. The complaint shall be dealt as per the University Rules and Policies. Anonymous complaints shall not be adhered to.
